Data & privacy

Short version: most of your personal app data stays on your iPhone. Our servers serve one shared trending feed — not a profile built around you.

On your iPhone

Settings, watchlist, saved items, optional profile fields, Premium status from Apple, cached feed snapshots, widgets, and Live Activity data live on your device (or via Apple’s mechanisms). Deleting the app or clearing its storage removes local Stonkr data.

No Stonkr account

There is no Stonkr username, password, or login server for your preferences. We do not maintain a user database tied to your watchlist or settings.

Shared feed on the server

A Cloudflare Worker builds one shared trending feed and caches it briefly so everyone gets the same snapshot. Your on-phone watchlist and settings are not sent to personalize that cache. Traffic uses HTTPS.

Partners

Apple handles billing, StoreKit, notifications, and device features. Optional partners may power AI summaries, GIF media, and logo lookups. We do not sell your personal information and do not run in-app ad-tracking products.
